Who doesn’t love food? At CAA we are food fanatics with a working knowledge of all types of catering needs from hotel banquets, to catering for large scale meetings, to unique foods for off site special events, to public and concession catering. Our team has planned and planned and executed F&B programs for groups as large as 60,000, and our owner Patricia Capritta routinely teaches catering courses at the University level and is a sought after consultant for the food and beverage industry at large.
